Company Criteria

• Recurring or predictable revenue
• Minimum of three years of profitability
• Diverse customer base with high retention rates
• Industry leader with loyal customer base

Financial

• Revenue ranging from $5 to $25 million
• Stable and predictable cash flows from $1 to $5 million
• Low capital expenditures required

Target Industry Criteria

• Business services, light manufacturing, or established IT/Software
• Growing industry with a high degree of fragmentation
• Low to medium technology risk

Management Criteria

• Motivated seller looking to exit or retire
• Experienced and driven middle management team planning to remain with the company

Geography

• Primary focus is Northeast, but will consider opportunities outside the Northeast
